She is a member of the Organization of Nonprofit Executives and the Arizona Small Business Association.

The Communications department is responsible for publishing the chamber and e-Blasts, organizing the Ahwatukee Community Directory & map and maintaining the Chamber website. She assists members in marketing their businesses. Paulette spent over 20 years in the television industry as a writer/producer and owned her own window covering business for 5 years.

Tom Lockhart has over 30 years of business management & nonprofit experience. He has enjoyed a great deal of success in corporate America as a senior executive with national retail chains. Tom has also built and owned two successful businesses of his own here in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. Prior to joining the Ahwatukee Chamber, he was a Director with the Arizona Small Business Association and served as CEO for the North Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce.
Tom serves on the Board of Directors at Thunderbird Artists, Inc. and the American Healing Arts Foundation. Tom attended Iowa State University majoring in Business & Communications.

Previously she resided in Summit, Illinois where after working for the Mayor of Summit, eventually became mayor herself. She has also worked for Argo Bank where she deveoloped programs for senior citizens.

Karen Starbowski of MassMutual Financial Group has been a member of the Ahwatukee Foothills Chamber of Commerce for over 4 yrs. She has also served on the AFCC Expo/Commuity Fair Committee for 3 yrs. Her community involvement includes working for the society of Incentive & Travel Executives, the Red Cross and Chrysalis. She is a 2010 Women in Business Palo Verde Award Finalist.

Peter Menor is the Vice President of Operations for Chandler Regional Medical Center, a member of Catholic Healthcare West (CHW). As a member of the executive leadership team in the East Valley market, Peter oversees operations of the following departments: Laboratory, Radiology, Cancer Center, Cardiopulmonary Services, Cardiovascular Services, Pharmacy, Rehabilitation Services, Medical Records, CHW’s three Urgent Care Centers, Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Transformational Care, Program Management, and Plant Operations. Prior to Joining CHW, Peter served as the Administrative Director of Radiology for St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Peter earned his bachelors degree in Radiologic Technology from St. Joseph’s College in Maine.

Larry, former owner of That Italian Place has lived and worked in Ahwatukee for the last 10 yrs. Larry served as Interim President of the Chamber for a portion of 2011. He currently serves on the Red, White & Boom Fireworks committee and Chamber Masters Golf Tournament committee. He has been active in the community through volunteering and sponsoring events such as the Festival of Lights, Taste of Ahwatukee, and other charitable events.

Kendra’s career began with the Intel Corporation as a buyer and worked her way up to Program Manager. In 2004 she became the operating owner of CK’s Tavern and Grill. CK’s is known as the “Cheers” of Ahwatukee and it is largely due to Kendra’s touch. Kendra also supports Crisis Nursery and the YMCA. She hosts a variety of community charity events and supports the Susan G. Komen Foundation.

Tim Hovik has been the General Manager of San Tan Ford since January. He spent three years running the largest Ford store in Las Vegas. Tim Hovik is a great guy to know. Tim is a very enthusiastic. He has been with San Tan Ford for 17 years, starting out as a Salesman to a General Manager. He has been in Ahwatukee for 10 years. Supports East Valley Boys and Girls Club, Ahwatukee Festival of Lights, and Red, White, and Boom Fireworks Display.

Lindy Lutz Cash spent 25 years in the banking industry, working in various leadership roles in Retail Banking. She and her husband, Kevin, have owned Foothills Ace Hardware for four years. They are also owners of Globe Ace Hardware. Lindy is a member of the Foothills Women’s Club and enjoys volunteering. She is involved with the Festival of Lights, Gabriel’s Angels, the Ronald McDonald House, and a range of local charities. Lindy serves as an International Officer for Alpha Delta Pi sorority and loves working with college women throughout the U.S., conducting workshops on topics such as leadership development, communication skills and teambuilding.

Mike is the publisher of the Ahwatukee Foothills News. Before that he served as the operations director of 1013 Communications, overseeing the company's physical assets in Ahwatukee, Mesa, Tempe, Chandler, the West Valley and Tucson. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in political science and the former chief of public affairs at Vance Air Force Base in Enid, Okla., as an officer in the United State Navy. He has also worked in the circulation departments at the Colorado Daily in Boulder, Colo., and at the Telluride Daily Planet in Telluride, Colo., where he served as circulation manager.

Martha Neese is an owner of Von Hanson Meats & Spirits, the “New Old Fashioned Meat Market” in Chandler, Arizona. She is a resident of Ahwatukee and hails from Minnesota. She is a retired nurse attorney nationally known for her work with military dependents as a trial Attorney. Currently, she is the co-chair of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Committee and has been a member of the Ahwatukee Chamber of Commerce since 2006. She is also an ambassador for the Chandler Chamber of Commerce. She has been active in the community with Festival of Lights, Taste of Ahwatukee, Taste of Chandler, Bon Vivant (East Valley Boys and Girls Club) and other charitable events.

Al has been a member of the Ahwatukee community since 1993. He has extensive experience in banking, sales and defensive driving. He is affiliated with BookKeeping Express, a nationally franchised outsourced bookkeeping service dedicated to improving the financial intelligence of small business owners. He is certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as an instructor for the State Defensive Driving Program and a volunteer instructor for the AARP Driver Safety Program with monthly classes at the Pecos Senior Center. He is the current Vice Chair of the Ahwatukee Public Policy Committee and has served the Lakewood HOA as a board member and Chairman of the ARC.
